Today, I had a very fun day as my 1st lesson of canoeing started. First, we introduced ourselves to the group and we found out that most of the people are kinda related to Ngee Ann Poly like they studied there before and etc. We joked around for a little before the instructors gave us a briefing on canoeing and the safety guidlines to follow. Then it's time to head on down to the sea!! I had a lot of fun throughout the whole day even though the canoe didn't go the way I wanted it to be most of the time. Lolz. I learn how to canoe and other skills which i don't really remember the terms for it. At the end of the day, I gt tan which I longed for, I made many new friends including a pretty girl and I got to learn what canoeing is all about! I cannot wait for next Saturday. I think I am going to take 2 star canoeing even though my group members are not really keen. I am just sooo excited!
